The Wolf Among Us characters: who's who in Fabletown
The main character is Bigby Wolf, Fabletown's sheriff and the reformed Big Bad Wolf. He works with Snow White, deputy to the Fabletown mayor's office, under the interim mayor, Ichabod Crane. Across the five episodes the case brings in Mr. Toad, Colin the pig, the Woodsman, Beauty and the Beast, Georgie Porgie, Bloody Mary, and the Crooked Man. The cast list below follows the original game, which the remaster keeps. Original voice credits are from published cast lists. Remaster credits have not been announced separately.
The Business Office
- Bigby Wolf: the player character. The former Big Bad Wolf, now sheriff, and distrusted by many Fables because of his past. Voiced by Adam Harrington in the original.
- Snow White: runs the day-to-day work of the Business Office and helps Bigby with the investigation. Voiced by Erin Yvette.
- Ichabod Crane: the deputy mayor, widely seen as self-serving. Voiced by Roger L. Jackson.
- Bufkin: the winged monkey who looks after Fabletown's records.
- The Magic Mirror: an advisor who can show Bigby distant places.
- Bluebeard: a wealthy aristocrat at the office whose motives are unclear.
Bigby's neighbours and informants
- Mr. Toad and TJ: father and son in a run-down building. Toad can't keep up with glamour costs.
- Colin: one of the Three Little Pigs. He often crashes at Bigby's apartment.
- Beauty and the Beast: a married couple at the Woodlands, going through a hard time.
- The Woodsman: the woodcutter from Little Red Riding Hood, who meets Bigby in the first episode.

The underworld
- Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum: twin private investigators who keep getting in Bigby's way.
- Georgie Porgie: owner of the Pudding & Pie club.
- Jack Horner: a trickster and thief.
- Aunty Greenleaf: a witch who sells cheap, illegal glamours.
- Bloody Mary and the Jersey Devil: dangerous enforcers met later in the story.
- The Crooked Man: a loan shark with growing influence over Fabletown's poor.
We've kept roles vague on purpose, because several of these characters matter to the mystery. For the setting and episode list, see story.
